We have done quite a few of these hottest athletes lists over the years but we have somehow never made a hottest female tennis players list, until now.

We know it is a bit late but it is time for us to show some appreciation for these female athletes. They put in a lot of hard work, and it shows.

We know most of you aren’t even reading this intro and have skipped right to the girls so we will stop talking now and get to the list.

Here are the 25 hottest female tennis players today:

 

Nicole Gibbs

Nicole is an American tennis player who has won four singles and three doubles titles on the ITF. She reached her highest world ranking or 68 back in 2016. She was a college star at Stanford and turned pro after collecting prize money at Wimbledon in 2013.

24 Sania Mirza

Sania is an Indian pro tennis player who was formerly ranked No.1 in the world in doubles. She is the most successful female Indian tennis player of all time and is one of the highest-paid, high-profile athletes in her country.

Sania is coached by her father and the player she most admires is Steffi Graf.

 

23 Alizé Cornet

Alizé is a professional tennis player from France. She has won five singles and three doubles titles on the WTA tour. She started playing tennis at age four and says her most admired people are Rafael Nadal and her brother.

22 Elina Svitolina

Elina is a Ukranian tennis player who turned pro in 2010. In 2017 she reached the ranking of number 3 in the world. This past year she won the Dubai Tennis Championships, Canadian Open, and the Italian Open. She still lives in the Ukraine and trains abroad.

 

21 Sabine Lisicki

Sabine is a German pro tennis player who turned pro in 2006 and had her breakthrough year in 2009 when she made it to the quarterfinals at Wimbledon and won the Family Circle Cup.

Her father introduced her to the sport at age 7. He has a doctorate in sports science and is also her coach.

 

20 Alona Bondarenko

Up next we have Alona Bondarenko who is also from Ukraine and whose sister is also on the WTA Tour. She has also teamed up with her sister in the past to form a doubles team. She is the former Australian Open doubles champion.

 

19 Wang Qiang

Wang is a Chinese player who has won 13 singles and 1 doubles title on the ITF circuit. Her highest ranking to date is 44th in the world in January of 2018.

 

18 Karolina Pliskova

Karolina is a Czech pro tennis player, she is the former number 1 ranked player in the world. She has won 19 career titles between the WTA and ITF. Karolina has a very aggressive style that is highlighted by her powerful, and very accurate serves as well as her forceful groundstrokes and her superior net play.

17 Cici Bellis

Catherine “Cici” Bellis is an America tennis player who has won one singles title in the WTA along with six singles titles and 2 doubles titles in the ITF. 16 Andrea Petkovic

Andrea is a German tennis player who reached a career-high world ranking of number 9 in October of 2011. She has won 15 titles over the years between the WTA and the ITF. Andrea speaks four languages and she also has a successful Youtube channel.

Laura is our first Brit on the list. She won the Wimbledon Junior Girls’ Championship at the age of 14 and has won 3 titles with the ITF. Tamira is a pro tennis player from Austria. She has won 3 WTA titles along with 6 titles in the ITF. She was introduced to tennis at the age of 4 and a half by her mother.

 

13 Donna Vekic

Donna is a Croatian tennis player. She won the 2014 Malaysian Open and the 2017 Nottingham Open as well as 6 titles in the ITF. Her career-high ranking was 45 in September of 2017.

 

12 Bethanie Mattek

Bethanie is an American tennis player who won a gold medal in the 2016 mixed doubles. She has also won 5 Grand Slam titles. Bethanie is also known for her fashion sense being called the Lady Gaga of women’s tennis wearing many outfits when she plays including cowboy and soccer themed outfits.

 

11 Serena Williams

You all know who she is, likely the top player in the history of women’s tennis. She has been ranked number 1 in the world 8 separate times throughout her career reaching it for the first time in 2008. She is married to Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian and has a daughter who was born in 2017.
