These sweet potatoes are coated in a heart healthy anti-inflammatory blend that will support you in your journey to feeling like your best self.

Before you keep scrolling, let me tell you that these fries are straight up delicious! Actually, I think all the recipes are or else I wouldn’t post them but I post are but this one is special. These sweet potato fries are coated in adaptogens and superfoods! Besides the health benefits of sweet potatoes (which, there are a TON) these little cuties have organic turmeric, schisandra berry, boswellia, ginger, cardamon, cinnamon, cloves and black pepper all mixed up in a convenient blend from am amazing copy called Further Food.

Essentially, Further Food created this blend of bad ass herbs and spices which is an inflammation reducing, heart and gut strengthening powerhouse that will help you in feeling you best self.

Sounds too good to be true? It’s not. What’s even more impressive is that Further Food gave me a code so that my amazing friends (aka YOU) can save some CASH MONEY! All you have to do is type in the coupon code ahealthyharmony10 at checkout and you’ll be on your adaptogenic way.

Ingredients

  • 2
    medium
    Sweet Potatos
    sliced into 1/2 inch thickness
  • 1
    tbsp
    Coconut Oil
    melted
  • 1
    scoop
    Further Foods Turmeric Tonic

Instructions

  1. Preheated your oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

  2. Whisk the melted coconut oil and the turmeric tonic together before evenly coating the sliced sweet potatoes with the mixture.

  3. Place the seasoned sweet potatoes on your prepared baking sheet in an even layer and bake for 45 minutes. Make sure to check them half way through and flip if necessary!

Optional- Sweet Peanut Dipping Sauce

  1. I chose to dip mine (read drench) in a peanut butter ‘sauce’. I simply mixed 2 tbsp of peanut butter with 1/2 tsp of coconut oil before heating it up in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. Once it became a pour-able consistency, I quickly mixed in 1/2 scoop of the Turmeric Tonic and dipped away!
