Before going vegan, I used to go to this Greek place in Miami Beach (literally called The Greek Place) and my favorite thing there was the Greek Fries! They were loaded with feta and oregano and they were my hangover food of choice.
This remake is every bit as good (if not better) than their inspiration, the crispy fries with the salty and creamy feta, the earthy oregano are so delicious together and the diced red onion and parsley really take it to the next level!
As far as finding vegan feta, there are 2 brands that are relatively widely available that make a vegan feta: Violife (this is the one I used, it’s available at Whole Foods and most small vegan shops) and Follow Your Heart (available at Sprouts and some small vegan shops)

Vegan Loaded Greek Fries
The fries loaded with salty vegan feta and Greek herbs will be your new go-to snack!
- Prep Time: none
- Cook Time: 10 min
- Total Time: 10 min
- Yield: Serves 3–4 as a snack 1x
- Category: Snacks
1 cup vegan feta crumbles
1 ½ tsp dried oregano
2 tbs fresh parsley, chopped
3 tbs red onion, diced
1 26 oz bag frozen “fast food style” fries
Cook fries according to package instructions if you’d like or if you have an air fryer, that’s my favorite way to heat them up! I cook them at 400 degrees for 5 minutes or until golden brown, shaking them frequently.
While fries are still warm, sprinkle with oregano. Toss to coat. Top with parsley, feta, and red onion.
I like to eat these with a fork so I can get a good bite of everything together!
